I’m really glad you’re here! My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to meet you where you are, with curiosity, care, and respect for the experiences that have shaped you.
With a decade of counselling experience, I work from a psychodynamic and attachment based lens. Together, we explore patterns beneath the surface and how past experiences, especially in relationships, may still be influencing how you think, feel, and relate today. Therapy with me is a space to slow things down, notice what is coming up, and begin to make sense of it in a deeper way.
Our work moves at a pace that feels manageable and supportive. Alongside insight, we focus on your emotional experience in the moment, helping create space for feelings that may have been pushed aside or are difficult to access on your own.
I support individuals with concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, and self esteem. I have a particular focus on trauma and family of origin experiences, and I am an EMDR Certified Therapist through the EMDR International Association. I also draw from Internal Family Systems, which helps you understand and build a more compassionate relationship with the different parts of yourself.
EMDR is a structured, evidence based approach that supports the brain in processing and integrating difficult or overwhelming experiences. You do not need to go into every detail. We work in a way that feels contained and supported, allowing distressing experiences to become less intense over time. I also offer EMDR intensives for more focused, in depth work.
I often integrate EMDR and Internal Family Systems in a way that is tailored to you, whether that involves processing specific memories or getting to know the parts of you that hold certain emotions and patterns.
When working with couples, I draw primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy. We focus on the emotional patterns that shape your connection, including how disconnection happens and what each of you is needing underneath. By slowing things down, we create space for deeper understanding and new ways of reaching for each other.
I do not take a directive approach focused on fixing. Instead, I see therapy as something we do together. I will be alongside you in difficult moments, helping you make sense of your experience and supporting you in responding to yourself and others with more clarity and compassion.
A strong and trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of this work. My hope is that you feel safe, understood, and supported as we move toward healing and growth together.

Will be on maternity leave from early June 2026 to the end of August 2026
I believe that all people have the capacity for healing within themselves. I am not going to instantly fix your problems or fight the fight for you. Instead, I will be the coach who is not afraid to challenge your technique, ask the hard questions, and remind you that you are not alone.
A typical therapy session with me includes a blend of focusing on immediate strategies for short-term relief and diving deep into past experiences that have influenced your life for long-term clarity. I may prompt you to notice patterns or encourage you to sit with a difficult feeling.
My work is informed first and foremost by my clients and second by my extensive training in areas such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. These styles are simultaneously structured, creative, and informed by research. This means that I tend to be a great fit with older teens, adults, and couples.
I have received feedback that my approach has helped clients reduce symptoms in a variety of areas, including anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, burnout, and relationship distress. Following our sessions together, clients have reported improvements in confidence, connection, presence, values-alignment, and decision-making.
In my own life, I have found that the most profound and meaningful outcomes have been when I made a decision to follow my intuition with the right people in my corner. I would be honoured to be in your corner.

Welcome! When it comes to my approach to therapy, I aim to work from a client-centered, collaborative lens, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your life, and you have what you need to make the changes you’re looking for.
Together, we can move beyond thoughts and into a fuller awareness of your emotions, body, and experiences. I aim to support you in noticing patterns, building insight, and developing tools that feel meaningful and sustainable in your day-to-day life.
Your cultural identities and lived experiences are an important part of this process, and I strive to integrate these into our work in a way that feels respectful and affirming.
I work with children (8+), adolescents, and adults, with a particular focus on neurodivergence, including those who have received a later-in-life diagnosis. I also support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, and challenges related to identity, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.
I draw from approaches such as EMDR, parts work (influenced by Internal Family Systems), and strengths-based therapy, always tailoring the process to fit your unique needs. With children and adults alike, I incorporate therapeutic play, art, and creative approaches to help build resilience, coping skills, and self-understanding.
Therapy with me is grounded in relationship first. I prioritize building trust and creating a space where you feel safe to show up as you are, without pressure to have everything figured out.
Our work together is collaborative and flexible. We might explore things by gently “taking them apart” to better understand them, and then rebuilding in a way that fits who you are and what you need. I support you in moving out of patterns like overthinking or intellectualizing, and into a more connected experience that includes your thoughts, feelings, and body.
Above all, my goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you navigate challenges and move toward the life you want.

Hello and welcome! Thank you for being here. Showing up and being vulnerable with somebody new is not always easy. You’ve shown up for yourself, so I will show up for you. As a practitioner, connection, authenticity, and trust are at the core of everything I do in the therapeutic space.
Maybe you’re someone who has always felt misunderstood. Maybe you’re in a period of time where you don’t even quite understand yourself. Maybe you’re looking to explore and acquire a newfound sense of self-understanding and self-esteem. If you resonate with any of these, you’re in the right place.
My work centres itself around helping couples and families work on their connection and empowering individuals to reconnect with themselves. Through neurologically-informed psychology and counselling intervention, I am passionate about delving into past experiences and using evidence-based therapeutic interventions and reflections to create change and foster resilience.
My background lies in working with children with cognitive and developmental disorders and their families in both private practice and community mental health capacities. Through my time working under psychologists, speech-pathologists, occupational therapists, and healthcare teams, I have developed an affinity for a well-rounded and multi-disciplinary approach to treatment.
Our past experiences shape so much of how we conceptualize and experience our world. By exploring our mind, we open ourselves to learning. Together, we will focus on your well-being, helping you fall in love with yourself and lead your happiest, healthiest, and most fulfilled life. This is a safe space for everyone and everyone deserves this space!

Hello and welcome! You’ve done everything you were supposed to do, so why doesn’t it feel the way you thought it would? On paper, your life may look full (career, relationships, responsibilities) but internally, something feels off. You might find yourself wondering if you’ve lost touch with who you are, or feeling like a supporting character in your own life. Whether you’re navigating a career plateau, changes in your relationships, a shifting sense of identity, or the constant demands of work and family, it can feel both confusing and heavy.
I work with adults and teens who are moving through identity shifts and life transitions, with a particular focus on the “messy middle” of midlife. My approach is practical, down-to-earth, and grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy. Together, we’ll explore the stories you’ve been carrying, about who you are and what your life is supposed to look like. We’ll gently untangle the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, including people-pleasing, burnout, or the pressure of “shoulds.” We’ll also make space for difficult emotions while helping you develop a new relationship with your thoughts and experiences. From there, we’ll begin to rewrite a version of your life that feels more authentic, flexible, and fulfilling.
Midlife, or any stage of transition, isn’t simply a crisis to solve; it can be an invitation to redefine yourself. Our work together can also include navigating relationship challenges, processing past trauma, and managing anxiety, depression, grief, or the stress of balancing multiple roles and responsibilities, while clarifying your values and strengthening your sense of purpose and direction.
My background as a psychologist, along with over a decade of experience in adult learning, shapes how I work. I value reflection, openness, and practical application, so our conversations are not only thoughtful, but also grounded in what feels useful and relevant in your day-to-day life.
If you’re ready to explore what’s next, I’d be honored to support you. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. Let’s start the conversation.
